DPRD DKI DIPASTIKAN POLISI BERPERAN DALAM KASUS KORUPSI UPS ( City Council ascertained ALLIES IN POLICE CORRUPTION CASE UPS )

Polda Metro Jaya memastikan anggota DPRD DKI Jakarta berperan dalam kasus dugaan korupsi pengadaan uninterruptible power supply (UPS) di sekolah-sekolah di DKI Jakarta. Dengan demikian,pihak penyidik dari Subdit Tipikor Ditreskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya akan segera memanggil anggota DPRD untuk diperiksa.

“Saat ini belum kami tentukan (siapa), namun pasti akan kami panggil karena pasti melibatkan anggota dewan,” tegas Kepala Bidang Humas Polda Metro Jaya Komisaris Besar Martinus Sitompul pada, Senin (16/03/2015) di Jakarta.

Sementara untuk pemanggilan, Martinus mengatakan, pihak penyidik belum menentukan waktunya. “Kita tunggu aja soal pemanggilan anggota DPRD,” tegas Martinus.

Disamping itu anggota DPRD, kasus dugaan korupsi proyek yang menghabiskan anggaran senilai Rp 330 miliar dalam Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah Perubahan 2014 tersebut juga dipastikan melibatkan pihak Unit Layanan Pengadaan. Karena itu, Polda Metro Jaya juga akan memanggil mereka.

Hingga Senin ini, Polda Metro Jaya sudah memanggil 69 orang yang terdiri dari PPK dan PPHP dari Suku Dinas Pendidikan Menengah Jakarta Pusat dan Jakarta Barat, kepala sekolah, perusahaan pemenang tender, dan mantan Kepala Dinas Pendidikan DKI Jakarta.

Namun, baru 56 orang yang memenuhi panggilan tersebut. “Sebanyak 13 orang tidak hadir, empat orang dengan alasan sakit dan sembilan orang tanpa alasan. Untuk hari ini sebenarnya kami panggil 18 orang, yang hadir 17 orang. Satu orang yang tidak hadir itu dari LPSE (Layanan Pengadaan Secara Elektronik),” ungkap Martinus.

Ketidakhadiran saksi-saksi membuat pihak penyidik tidak dapat segera menemukan alat bukti yang mungkin didapat dari saksi-saksi yang tidak hadir. Padahal, alat bukti merupakan faktor yang menguatkan penentuan nama calon tersangka.***Anton.H***
