DPR RI AKAN MEMBAHAS CALON KAPOLRI PADA SIDANG PARIPURNA ( House of Representatives candidate for police chief WILL DISCUSS THE PLENARY SESSIONS )

Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Republik Indonesia (DPR RI) dijadwalkan membuka masa sidang ketiga tahun 2014-2015. Pembukaan masa sidang ketiga tersebut ditandai dengan pidato Ketua DPR RI, Setya Novanto dalam Sidang Paripurna pada Senin (23/03/2015).

“Hari ini pembukaan masa sidang dengan pembacaan pidato dari Ketua DPR RI dan itu sudah dijadwalkan sejak akhir masa sidang lalu,” tegas  Wakil Ketua DPR RI, Fahri Hamzah di Gedung Nusantara III, Jakarta.

Fahri menjelaskan, meski Sidang Paripurna hanya membacakan pidato Ketua DPR RI, namun tidak menutup kemungkinan akan membahas berbagai hal.

Fahri mencontohkan,dalam surat Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi) yang mengajukan nama Komjen Pol Badrodin Haiti sebagai calon Kapolri.

“(Surat tentang Komjen Pol Badroidin) tetap akan dibacakan, namun lebih jelas dari surat itu di Rapat Pimpinan,” tegasnya lagi.

Beliau mengatakan, DPR RI sudah mengadakan Sidang Paripurna untuk mengesahkan Komjen Pol Budi Gunawan sebagai calon Kapolri.

Namun menurut dia Presiden Jokowi telah mengubah, mengganti BG dengan Badroidin Haiti sehingga DPR RI memerlukan penjelasan dari pihak Presiden.

“Kami sudah usulkan ke Presiden Jokowi melalui penghubungnya agar memberikan penjelasan, katanya beliau mau ke DPR namun saat ini ke Jepang. Ini soal kelembagaan sehingga dibutuhkan penjelasan,” tegasnya.

Menurutnya, apabila Presiden Jokowi menilai sudah ada penjelasan maka hal itu tidak bisa, karena harus ada penjelasan pembatalan pelantikan Budi Gunawan meskipun pengadilan sudah membebaskan yang bersangkutan.

Fahri juga mencontohkan ada penjelasan dari Presiden kendati pengadilan sudah membebaskan BG namun Presiden membatalkan pelantikannya.

“Pertanyaan legislator adalah hasil uji kelayakan dan kepatutan mau diapakan sehingga harus ada penjelasan tambahan dari presiden,” ungkapnya kembali.

Disamping itu, menurutnya, surat Perppu Plt pimpinan KPK akan dibacakan dalam Sidang Paripurna setelah itu dibahas di Badan Musyawarah DPR RI.***Anton.H***

House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia (DPR) is scheduled to open a three-year trial period 2014-2015. The opening of the third session period was marked by a speech Speaker of the House of Representatives, Novanto in plenary session on Monday (03/23/2015).

Fahri explains, although the Plenary Session just read the speech of the Chairman of the House of Representatives, but did not rule out going to discuss various things.

Fahri pointed out, in a letter from President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) who proposed the name of Commissioner General of Police Badrodin Haiti as police chief candidates.

“(Letter of the Commissioner General of Police Badroidin) remain to be read, but it is clear from the letter in the leadership meeting,” he said again.

He said that the Parliament has held a plenary session to ratify the Commissioner General of Police Budi Gunawan as police chief candidates.

But according to him President Jokowi has changed, replace BG with Badroidin Haiti so that the Parliament requires an explanation of the President.

“We have conveyed to the President Jokowi through connecting to give an explanation, he said he was going to the House, but this time to Japan. It is a matter of institutional and so we need an explanation,” he said.

According to him, if the President Jokowi judge had no explanation then it can not be, because there must be an explanation cancellation inauguration Budi Gunawan although the court had dismissed the question.

Fahri also pointed out there is an explanation of the President even though the court had dismissed the BG but President cancel his inauguration.

“The question legislator is fit and proper test results what to do so there must be an additional explanation of the president,” he said back.

Besides, according to him, a letter perppu Acting KPK leaders will be read in the plenary session after the Consultative Body discussed in Parliament. *** *** Anton.H
